At Aarvana.com, we aim to provide you with the best shopping experience. Our Return & Refund Policy has been designed to ensure a fair and transparent process for handling all return and refund requests. Please read the following carefully:

Case 1: Damaged, Broken, Incorrect, or Missing Order

1a) If your product is damaged, broken, missing, or leaking, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can cater to your complaint. Requests for these issues raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.

For all other issues such as receiving an incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be entertained.

1b) It is important to send us a picture of your Order Invoice found inside your parcel. This invoice is crucial for verification. In cases of damaged or incorrect products, we may also request a picture of the product.

1c) Once verified (within 48 hours of your complaint), we will initiate a reverse pickup request from your address through our courier partner.

1d) Products must be returned in original condition (unused, all seals/tags intact), with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards. All returned products undergo a Quality Check (QC) at our warehouse. Requests may be declined if the product is returned used, broken, or in poor condition. Remington items (e.g., straighteners) are not eligible for refunds. They are covered under company warranty only. Customers must return the item to us, and we will forward it to the company for repair or replacement. For any future issues, customers should contact us again to claim the warranty.

1e) After QC, if your claim is verified as correct, you will receive a refund or re-shipment of the correct item. If our QC confirms that the correct product was originally delivered, the return will be marked final and not re-sent.

Case 2: Change of Mind

If you wish to return a product due to a change of mind (wrong shade, type, or simply no longer want it), you must return it in unused, original condition with all seals and packaging intact.

Once the item is received and passes QC, we will proceed with your refund or exchange request.

A Rs. 200 handling fee will be deducted from your refund amount or charged on delivery in case of exchange to cover logistics costs.Other RefundsIf you’ve paid for a product that is later found out of stock, a monetary refund will be processed.

Our support team will contact you for bank details, and the refund will be issued within 48 hours.Important NoteWe strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your parcel. In case of a missing item complaint, warehouse footage will be reviewed for verification.

If warehouse footage confirms that all items were dispatched, we will not be able to facilitate the claim. If it shows an item was missing, a refund or re-shipment will be processed.

* Reverse pickup: Can take up to 7 calendar days due to courier schedules.
* Complete return process: Can take up to 10 working days (including pickup, QC, and final resolution).

We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 199 for all orders across Pakistan.
