What are the delivery charges?
We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 199 for all orders across Pakistan.
When will I receive my order?
Orders are delivered within 5 working days after confirmation.
What if my order is demaged or something is missing?
For damaged, missing, or leaking items, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.For all other valid reasons (such as incorrect item, change of mind, etc.), our return and exchange policy is 7 days from the date of delivery. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
Can I exchange a product
Yes, exchanges are allowed within 7 days.
If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the shipping charges.
If it’s a change of mind , you’ll be responsible for return shipping.
What happens if my return request is not approved?
If your return request is not approved, we’ll inform you of the reason. Your product will then be sent back to your provided address.
How does long it take to get a refund?
Refunds are processed within 72 hours once your request is approved. You can choose to receive the amount in your bank account or as store credit.
